Yoga for Adults


This calming practice will expose you to a variety of yoga poses at an easy going pace.  It emphasizes breathing, alignment and ease as you stretch and strengthen your body and mind. Beginner friendly and suitable for all levels.

Fun at Yoga


The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.

This is a slow-paced yoga class designed to stretch deeply, breathe fully and relax completely.  Beginners are welcome.  Modifications are offered based on student's needs. Give yourself 60 -75 minutes of self-love to recharge the rest of your day.

Yoga Asana


A slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body.

With the increase of flexibility and body awareness, it will potentially stop injuries before they happen and rank up your BJJ game!
