Terms and Conditions
All Sales are final
All class purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable for any reason. Classes have a fixed expiration date, and class unused during valid period are lost and non-refundable.
Cancellation/Reschedule
In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 business hours notice to change, cancel and or reschedule any appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, the patient will be responsible to pay for the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
